Job summary

Prosperity Training Center LLC seeks a NATP Program Director to oversee the Nurse Assistant Training Program and instructors, ensuring compliance with CDPH and state regulations. The RNPD collaborates with managers and external organizations to provide resources and curriculum resources.

The role requires an active California RN license, nursing and education program development experience, and the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs, budgets, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Resume with month/year to month/year work history and supervisor contact.
• Active California RN license required.
• Two years nursing experience, including one in chronic or elderly care.
• One year education program planning/evaluation in nursing.
• CDPH CE hours within six months of employment; program approved by BRN.
• California driver's license and insurance proof.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years in education/CTE with admin experience.
• Curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation knowledge.
• Experience with program budgets and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all instructors.
• Oversee NATP programs following CDPH policies and procedures.
• Verify core curriculum topics and minimum theory/clinical hours.
• Review CDPH forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and written communication.
• Maintain good organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and manage all program components for success.
• Recruit and hire qualified personnel for programs.
• Develop and monitor program contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies to ensure fiscal accountability.
• Provide professional staff development as necessary.
