Job summary

Qualifications

• Active California RN or LVN license.
• Two years nursing experience, one in care for chronically ill or elderly.
• One year experience planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing education programs.
• California Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years in education/management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all instructors.
• Oversee NATP operations following CDPH policies and forms.
• Ensure core curriculum topics meet state and federal regulations.
• Review CDPH forms for completeness and verify NATP completion.
• Plan, implement, and assess health-related coursework.
• Coordinate and manage program components for success.
• Attend local/state meetings and trainings.
• Develop budgets and monitor fiscal performance.
• Recruit and hire qualified personnel for programs.
• Collaborate with agencies to maximize fiscal accountability.
