Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in California.
• Two years nursing experience; one year in care for chronic/elderly patients.
• One year planning, implementing, evaluating nursing education programs.
• 24 hours continuing education in planning, implementing, evaluating nursing education.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years in education with management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of all instructors.
• Oversee NATP components per CDPH policies and forms.
• Verify core curriculum topics and minimum theory/clinical hours.
• Review forms for completeness and sign off CDPH 283B.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
• Manage program budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend local/state meetings and coordinate program development.
