Senior Life Solutions in La Junta, CO is seeking a compassionate RN to lead our Intensive Outpatient Program as Nursing Program Director. The role oversees two direct reports and runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a salary up to $99,600 depending on experience.

You will supervise a small team providing mental health services to adults 65+, collaborate with a care team, and engage with the community to grow referrals and census while upholding ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc).
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
