Job summary

Senior Life Solutions seeks an RN/LVN leader to head a small multidisciplinary team serving seniors with depression and anxiety. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to ethical standards.

The role emphasizes community engagement, referrals, and maintaining patient census, with a focus on compassionate care and professional accountability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team including a psychiatric physician, therapist and medical office coordinator to serve seniors.
• Engage with the local community through education (presentations and meetings).
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
