Senior Life Solutions in Dillon, MT is seeking a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program for older adults. As Program Director, you will lead a small team and collaborate with hospital partners to provide high-quality mental health care.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with no weekends or on-call, competitive benefits, and a salary up to $86,500 per year. Strong clinical leadership and community outreach are key to success.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
• Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrates kindness and accountability in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team to provide services to older adults.
• Engage with the local community through education and outreach.
• Develop referrals through hospital staff and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
