This salaried role leads a small team including a physician, therapist, and office coordinator, with no evenings or weekends and paid holidays off.

The position emphasizes community engagement, referral development, and ensuring high-quality care for older adults, with a focus on compassionate, accountable service.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience is preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient quality of life is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small disciplinary team including a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator.
• Engage with the local community through education and outreach.
• Develop referrals through hospital staff and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
