The 42‑bed facility focuses on complex emotional and behavioral needs, autism spectrum considerations, and co‑occurring intellectual disabilities.

You’ll work within a nationwide UHS network and evolve through leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia nursing license (or eligibility to renew)
• Current CPR or BLS certification preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to complete Handle With Care & Verbal De-escalation Training
• Ability to supervise Handle With Care techniques
• Professional comportment and alignment with facility philosophy
• Effective verbal and written communication
