Responsibilities

• Plans and administers therapeutic treatment and behavior management.
• Discusses goals and progress with residents and families.
• Consults with psychiatrists and other specialists on treatment plans.
• Maintains regular contact with agencies and documents progress.
• Develops discharge planning with resident, family, and placing agency.
• Demonstrates ability to assess treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborates with a team of clinical staff to support patient care.
