Liberty Point Behavioral Healthcare in Staunton, Virginia, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN shifts in a trauma-informed psychiatric residential program for adolescent males. You will provide direct nursing care, monitor patient status, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support youths with complex emotional and educational challenges.
Eligible candidates hold a Virginia nursing license (or be eligible to renew) and CPR/BLS certification; prior Handle
Formación
- Virginia nursing license required or eligible to receive/renew.
- Current CPR or BLS certification preferred (can renew during orientation).
- Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
- Handle With Care training and HWC techniques exposure preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Responsabilidades
- Provide trauma-informed psychiatric nursing care.
- Monitor patient status and administer medications.
