Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in residency core curriculum
• Provide direct nursing care with a success coach
• Establish and/or revise patient care priorities
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health
• Seek supervision when unable to perform safely
• Document in patients’ medical records
