Highlights

• Pay: $41.00/hour
• Location: Cleveland, OH
• Schedule: Rotating days/nights, 7:00AM—7:30PM and 7:00PM—7:30AM

What You'll Do

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Experience: New graduate RN OR less than one year of RN work experience
• Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) upon or within first year of hire
