• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure in an NLC state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditations are valued.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as assigned.
