Good Samaritan – Woodland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents in Brainerd, MN. The role uses the nursing process and requires collaboration with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN will coordinate care, perform assessments and education, and may serve as charge nurse. A Minnesota RN license is required; a BSN is preferred. This is a PRN/on-call position with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education; perform nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff to ensure safe care.
• Adhere to nursing practice standards and ethics in daily operations.
