Job summary
Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on-call shifts with various schedules. The role requires Minnesota RN licensure and offers opportunities for weekend incentives and career advancement.

Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing.
- Maintains required department competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation).
- Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within their competence and scope.
