Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on‑call shifts. You will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and coordinating care, with potential to serve as charge nurse and to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. A Minnesota RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state license if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Possible role as charge nurse and supervision of licensed/unlicensed staff within scope of practice.
