Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN/on-call shifts. The RN provides nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment, coordinating with residents, families and the care team.

Must be licensed in Minnesota and may serve as charge nurse as needed. Shifts vary (days/evenings/nights) with added incentives for weekend and late-evening hours.

Qualifications

• Must be RN licensed in Minnesota.
• Graduate from Nationally Accredited Nursing Program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments and education, and perform nursing interventions.

Education

Nursing degree (BSN preferred)

Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program
