Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, as-needed medical coverage for residents.
• Maintain real-time medical documentation and progress notes.
• Audit MARs and review medication administration in real time.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership and staff for patient care.
• Respond to injuries and illnesses during business hours and 911 in emergencies.
