Breckenridge Village is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for PRN, short-term campus coverage. The LVN-PRN will respond to medical needs, review health concerns, and support residents with medications and documentation in real time.

Collaboration with the nursing team and leadership is essential to ensure safe, compassionate care for adults with IDD. The role requires adherence to nursing guidelines, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited LVN program.
• 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• 1 year experience with IDD Adults preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform nursing duties per Texas Board of Nursing guidelines and provide medical care to residents.
• Manage medication ordering, delivery, storage, MAR audits, and staff training on meds and ADLs.
• Maintain real-time medical documentation in EMR, including appointment summaries and nurse progress notes.
