Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required and ACLS/LALS certification preferred.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership and teaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-admission assessments, including medical history, physical exams and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients and families about the surgical process, pre- and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive care plan.
