Job summary

WeCare Centers at Foltsbrook Care Center in Herkimer, NY is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead a Long-Term Care unit. This first-shift RN Supervisor role is ideal for an RN with SNF or LTC experience who is passionate about quality care and resident outcomes.

You will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in care planning, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all clinical care on an assigned unit
• Lead, mentor, and support licensed and non-licensed nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
