Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on care in a 144-bed skilled nursing setting in Greer, SC. You’ll assist residents with daily activities, support mobility, and help maintain dignity and safety within a unique cottage-style care model.

The position offers 12-hour shifts, $18–$19/hour with $1 night differential and $4 weekend differential, plus next-day pay and multiple healthcare plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active CNA certification in South Carolina required.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team to follow individualized care plans.
