Job summary

Frankfort Terrace in Illinois is seeking a Part-time Floor Nurse (RN or LPN) to join a compassionate, multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality care to post-acute patients, collaborate with clinicians, and support residents in a family-like environment.

Qualifications

• IL license required or RN/LPN license in IL.
• Floor nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with post-acute patients (cardiac, post-op ortho, medically complex) ideal.
• Experience with electronic medical records (PointClickCare PCC) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to post-acute patients on the floor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet clinical goals.
• Mentor new staff as part of a team-focused environment.
