Job summary

Asbury Springhill seeks a Registered Nurse to provide individualized resident care on the 2nd or 3rd shift, earning up to $43.52 per hour plus shift differential. This PRN role supports a compassionate, team-driven culture where employees are heard and valued.

You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, document orders, notify physicians of status changes, complete admissions paperwork, and administer medications in accordance with state and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
• Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
• Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
• Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced.
• Completes all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.
