Job summary

Asbury Springhill in Erie, PA seeks an experienced RN Manager and Nurse Educator to lead the nursing team, advance clinical excellence, and mentor staff. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Nursing on audits, regulatory readiness, and education initiatives.

The role offers a full-time schedule, weekend on-call rotation, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, PTO and holidays. PA RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and supervision of others.
• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Prefer Infection Preventionist Certification but willing to assist with obtaining the certification.

Responsibilities

• Infection control preventionist and oversight of the restorative nursing program, plus education in the SNF.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on audits, regulatory concerns, and state surveys.
• In the event of staffing needs, may assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass.
• Assist with new hire and annual competencies; participate in QAPI meetings.

$76k - $90k, depending upon years of experience
