Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care on an as-needed basis. You will support the care team in maintaining a safe, compassionate environment for residents.

This role offers competitive pay ($36-$40/hour) and flexible PRN scheduling, with opportunities to transition into full-time roles within the largest skilled nursing network in South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Continuing education and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care team.
• Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a safe, clean, resident-centered environment.
