Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to apply the nursing process and deliver patient care under supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. This 1:1 home setting position in Elmhurst, IL focuses on pediatric G-tube/trach/vent care and requires open coverage for days and nights.

Eligible candidates should hold an active nursing license in the state, with current health certificate and BLS, and have 1 year RN/LPN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. The Nurse will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Available Opportunity

Elmhurst, IL 1:1 Position in the home setting: Pediatric G tube trach and ventilator (Astral)

Open Days: Mon 7a-7p

Open Nights: Mon Wed Sat and Sun Nights 8p-8a

Pay Rate: $35-$45

Responsibilities
