Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring an LPN to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home on night shifts. The position is available as full-time or part-time, with duties including applying nursing process and providing skilled care per orders.

Applicants must be licensed LPN/LVN in the applicable state, have current TB/Chest X-Ray and BLS, and ideally have one year of nursing experience. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.


• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.


• Current BLS card.


• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
