Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care to a patient in the comfort of their home.

The role features night shifts (M-Sun 11p-7a) and both full-time and part-time options with a pay of $30-$34 per hour. Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and address patient needs, delivering care per orders, monitoring changes in condition, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X‑ray clearance.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year or more of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders


• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.


• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.


• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.


• Current BLS card.


• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
