Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting in Plainfield, IL. The role offers hourly pay of $35–$45 and shifts including Saturdays/Sundays and nightly options.

The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while performing focused interviews and monitoring patient changes. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must hold current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Current health certificate required.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Salary: $35-$45 / per hour

Location: Plainfield

Acuity: G-tube/Trach/Vent/Pediatric

Day Shifts Available: Saturdays and Sundays 7a-7p

Night shifts Available: Monday and Thurs 7pm-7am
