Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health care for a patient in Plainfield. The role offers an hourly rate of $35–$45 with day shifts available (7a–7p) on Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, and Sun.

Qualifications

• Must hold current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Must have a current health certificate.
• Must have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Must have a current BLS card.
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Other RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Salary: $35-$45 / per hour

Location: Plainfield

Day Shifts Available: Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Saturdays and Sundays 7a-7p

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
