Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care in home and school settings in Round Lake Beach, IL. Salary ranges $40-$45 per hour. Schedule includes Mondays and Fridays, 7am–6pm, with school visits 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state where practice takes place.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Other RN/LPN duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
