Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1:1 with patients in the home setting in Elk Grove Village, IL. Day and Night shifts are available, offering flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan patient care, performing focused interviews, and documenting nursing diagnoses. Qualifications include an active RN license in the state, current BLS, health certificate, and prior RN/LPN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray.
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-5pm

Nights: Sundays/Mondays/Thursdays 7pm-7am

Salary: $35 - $45 / per hour

Location: Elk Grove Village

Responsibilities:
