Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to apply the nursing process and deliver patient care in Ohio. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, and collaborate with the care team to manage patient needs.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, current BLS, health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and at least 1 year of RN experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practice is required.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility) on file.
• PPD or Chest X-Ray current as required.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Salary: $30 - $35 / Per hour

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
