Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 1:1 with a pediatric patient in the home setting overnight in Naperville, IL. You will provide nursing care using the nursing process, assess needs, and coordinate care during the overnight schedule Sun/Mon/Tues/Sat.

Requires active RN license in Illinois and BLS, with at least 1 year of RN/LPN experience preferred. Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and life

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN or LPN experience preferred.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Pediatric, NG-Tube

Schedule: Sun/Mon/Tues/Sat nights
