Duke Primary Care – Family Medicine in Cary is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based nursing care in a busy outpatient setting. You will work under physician orders, support families, and participate in preventive care, chronic disease management, and diagnostic testing.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN, maintain NC RN licensure, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program.
• Current NC RN licensure and ongoing nursing professional development.
• BLS required and maintained.
• One year RN experience preferred for Level II roles.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide, and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Assist healthcare personnel in delivering patient care and maintain environment of care.
• Prioritize workload and identify resources to complete care promptly.
• Participate in professional development and performance improvement activities.
