• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates across disciplines including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Delegates patient care to ancillary staff; may precept student nurses and new hires.
• Must think critically, make decisive judgments, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
