Job summary

UCHealth Primary Care Stonegate in Parker, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse for an onsite PRN role in a physician office setting. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process in line with practice standards and the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities include planning and evaluating patient care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and providing education to patients and families. Must hold an RN license and BLS certification; onsite work only.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active RN license in-state.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition; coordinate care across disciplines.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
