Job summary

UCHealth Primary Care Stonegate – Parker, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a physician office setting, following nursing process and organizational policies.

The role requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and at least 6 months of nursing experience. Onsite only; the shift is Days and the schedule is PRN with pay between $33.61 and $52.10 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• State RN licensure required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification required through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Monitor and communicate patient condition; coordinate care across disciplines.
• Assess learning needs of patient/family and provide education.
• Delegate care appropriately and may precept students or new hires.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
