Job summary

UCHealth seeks a Registered Nurse for an on-site role at Lone Tree Medical Center in Colorado. The position is full-time (80 hours per pay period) with day shifts. Compensation ranges from $33.61 to $52.10 per hour and is dependent on experience.

The RN will provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, following nursing process, and aligned with UCHealth policies and mission.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• BLS or CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition; coordinates across disciplines.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient/family and provides education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel and may precept students/new hires.
• Work with critical thinking and ability to act with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
