Job summary

FootCare by Nurses seeks licensed RNs to provide in-home foot and lower-limb care in Worcester and surrounding areas. You will assess, educate, and treat patients with mobility-focused care, helping preserve independence and comfort.

Enjoy a flexible schedule (roughly 18–35 hours/week) with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts, and work with a supportive team toward prevention and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license required, new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work independently in home care settings.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.
• Comfort with technology for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive foot and lower-limb assessments.
• Provide care in patients' homes, foot clinics, and other community settings.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Refer concerns to appropriate providers when out of scope.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
