Job summary

FootCare by Nurses provides in-home foot and lower-limb care focused on comfort, function, balance, and mobility preservation. Nurses perform assessments, educate patients, and help prevent minor issues from becoming serious, all while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Open roles emphasize autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and flexible schedules with no nights or on‑call shifts, offering approximately 18–35 hours per week in the Northern Berkshires region.

Qualifications

• Licensed RNs, including new graduates.
• Licensed LPNs with a college degree.
• Autonomy, patient education, and preventative care valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments in skin, nails, circulation, gait, footwear, and mobility.
• Provide foot and lower-limb care in homes, clinics, and community settings.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Recognize concerns early and refer to appropriate providers when out of scope.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with team support.
