Job summary

FootCare By Nurses in the Greater Hadley Area is recruiting RNs for a home-based care role. You will perform comprehensive foot and lower-limb assessments and deliver expert care in patients’ homes, clinics, and community settings.

The role emphasizes prevention, education, and patient-centered care with a flexible schedule, averaging 18–35 hours per week, and paid training and benefits. Join us to help people stay mobile and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in MA preferred.
• Experience in home care or preventative care valued.
• Strong assessment and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of skin, nails, circulation, gait, and footwear.
• Provide foot and lower limb care in homes, clinics, and community settings.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility.
• Refer concerns to appropriate providers when out of scope.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with team support.
