Job summary

FootCare by Nurses is seeking licensed registered nurses to provide professional foot and lower-limb care in patients' homes and community settings across the Greater Westfield area. The role emphasizes prevention, education, and meaningful patient relationships, with autonomous scheduling and a flexible, part-time caseload.

You'll assess and address foot health, educate on proper footwear and mobility, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and eligibility in MA or equivalent.
• Experience in nursing is preferred but not required; focus on prevention.
• Ability to educate patients and families about foot health and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of skin, nails, circulation, sensation, gait, and footwear.
• Deliver foot and lower limb care in patients' homes, foot clinics, or community settings.
• Educate patients and families on prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Recognize concerns early and refer to appropriate healthcare providers when needed.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with support from a team.
