Job summary

FootCare by Nurses is seeking a licensed RN to deliver in-home foot and lower-limb care focused on comfort, function, and mobility. You will perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients, and build meaningful relationships with families.

This nursing role emphasizes prevention over crisis, offering flexibility and autonomy. You will have time to listen, educate, and provide thoughtful, patient-centered care in patients' homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurses (RN) are welcome, including new graduates.
• Nurses who value autonomy, patient education, and preventative care.
• Home care experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of skin, nails, circulation, sensation, gait, and footwear.
• Provide in-home foot and lower-limb care in patients' homes and clinics.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility.
• Recognize concerns early and refer to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with support from an experienced team.
