Job summary

FootCare by Nurses seeks licensed RNs and LPNs for in-home foot and lower-limb care in the Greater Grafton area. You will assess, educate, and treat patients at home with a focus on prevention, mobility, and comfort, delivering care at a slower, more personal pace.

You will work 18–35 hours per week with flexible scheduling, plus benefits like health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), and paid training. No nights or on-call required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN or LPN with a college degree.
• Experience in home care or prevention-focused nursing is a plus.
• Strong assessment, teaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of skin and nail health, circulation, and gait.
• Provide professional foot and lower limb care in patients’ homes and community settings.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility.
• Recognize concerns early and refer to appropriate healthcare providers.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Work independently with team support.
