Job summary

FootCare by Nurses is seeking licensed Registered Nurses to provide in-home foot and lower-limb care across Orleans to Provincetown. You will perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients, and deliver preventive care to preserve mobility and comfort.

This role offers a flexible schedule, 18–35 hours per week, no nights or on-call, and paid training. You’ll work independently with support from an experienced team, making meaningful differences in patients’ daily lives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in home care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with supervision.
• Home care experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments that consider skin and nail health, circulation, sensation, gait, footwear, fall risk, health conditions, medications, and how these factors work together.
• Provide professional foot and lower limb care in patients’ homes, foot clinics, and other community settings.
• Educate patients and families about prevention, foot health, safety, and mobility preservation.
• Recognize concerns early and refer them to the appropriate healthcare provider when out of our scope of practice.
• Document using smartphone-based charting.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
• Work independently with the support of a knowledgeable team.
