Nebraska Medicine is seeking an RN for Preop/PACU at Bellevue Medical Center in Bellevue, NE. Provide and coordinate perioperative nursing care for a defined patient group, in a setting that can be long-term, emergent, or procedural.

The role is full-time, with 0700-1930 shifts, call requirements, and weekend/holiday rotations. BSN is preferred; Nebraska license or compact license required; BLS mandatory; PALS/ACLS required within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required unless specific exceptions apply.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or a compact state.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and flexibility are required.
• BLS certification required; PALS, ACLS, and TNCC/ATCN depend on department and timing.

Responsabilités

• Provide, prescribe, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for a designated patient group.
• Collaborate with health care providers across care settings to meet patient needs.
• Manage perioperative nursing care in a range of environments from long-term to acute procedures.
