Job summary

Wesley Medical Center is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse to provide immediate post-operative care. You will monitor neurological and cardiac status, assist with airway management, and support patient stability during recovery while collaborating with the surgical and anesthesia teams.

On-call availability is required for select non-business hours and you will work within a supportive leadership structure and RN float pool resources as needed.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required or must be obtained within stated timelines
• RN license/certification to practice as a registered nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in post-operative settings
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams
• Monitor patient condition and respond to complications
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up
• Adhere to evidence-based practices and nursing process
