Job summary

Corpus Christi Medical Center is seeking a PACU Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide immediate post‑operative care, monitor patients, and respond to complications. You will manage airway support, monitor neurological and cardiac status, and collaborate closely with the surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure patient stability during recovery.

The role requires PACU experience, an RN license with an associated degree, and BCLS/CPR certification within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the post-anesthesia care unit.
• Monitor neurological and cardiac status; manage airway support.

• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams and participate in continuous improvement.
